Sticky n00dz, in fulfilling its obligations under USC Title 18 § 2257, relies on the plain language of the statute and on the well-reasoned decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Sundance Associates, Inc. v. Reno, 139 F.3d 804, 808 (10th Cir 1998), which held that entities which have no role in the "hiring, contracting for, managing, or otherwise arranging for the participation" of the models or performers, are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of USC Title 18 § 2257.
Sticky n00dz does not sell, mail, ship or otherwise transfer in interstate or foreign commerce any image or video in the n00dz section.
Sticky n00dz, unless otherwise noted, does not contain materials which have been commercially produced, mailed, shipped, or transported in interstate or foreign commerce. Should it depict such materials, Sticky n00dz shall affix thereto a statement describing where the records required by USC Title 18 § 2257 may be located.
Sticky n00dz does not contain materials depicting persons under 18 years of age at the time of production.
